then he turned into the block of flats
the ones opposite my cousin's house
maybe he stays there?
no wonder my cousin takes the same bus as him.

and i saw elizabeth too
on sunday
at the library
and she was like,
'tv joshua came to my church today!' (she goes to coos)
at least, that's what i heard. TV joshua.
and i was thinking, 'huh. who's that? joshua ang? tv joshua?'
then she told me that he was a very famous preacher.

went to bukit merah library today.
borrowed books.

and i can't be bothered to post yet again.

and starting now, it's gonna get boring

yeah anyway.

MONDAY:
supposed to leave at 10am in the morning
woke up about 9 plus, dad told us that we would be leaving about 11.30am instead
(my cousin's faamily was gonna pick us up as my dad had to drive over with my mom in the night because she couldn't get an extra day of leave)
they arrived at about 12 plus instead and we only left about one plus i think
so much for making an early start huh
my family just can't help but be late.
just as i always am.
and i was set to find out how similar i was to my cousin
more than i ever thought i was

to get back.
drove to malaysia, ate lunch, drove somemore
i went with my cousin (shirleen) with her parents while my brother went with her brother with our other aunt
in the cars lar i mean. ok you're probably not getting this, but i'm just typing this for the sake of posting it, so who cares if i make sense at all? (:
drove for hours on, but it was kind of beautiful just sitting in a car and passing my trees and stuff.
arrived at the place we were to stay (called malacca house. weird huh. it's owned by dbs, which is where shirleen's mom works, that's why we're able to stay there) at about 6 plus
inspected the place, and man, was it BIG.
i wouldn't have minded staying there for life if it wasn't scary.
looks abit.. haunted, to tell the truth.
it was no five star hotel, but it was nice nevertheless.
out for dinner and the rest of the day was normal.
just explored the house and bla stuff.
i shared a room with my cousin.
tv there no singapore channels.
we missed our last two episodes of goong.

TUESDAY:
the adults wanted to go to port dickson, so we did
lunched at some seafood place.
went to this totally AMAZING beach.
not that it's breathtakingly beautiful or whatever, nah, no people there at all.
but man, it was just filled with baby crabs close to the shore!
and THAT is a sight worth remembering
you could see them from afar, some crawling towards the sea, some crawling away from the sea, just like ants.
really tiny, about the size of a five-cent coin
i've never felt so happy just there in a long long time.
it just goes to show (well for me at least), that a wonderful holiday didn't have to be about going to beautiful countries with snow, having fun in disneyland and buying loads of stuff, or whatever.
i loved it right there and then with my family and cousin.

OH OH OH.
I FORGOT TO MENTION.
on the way there, we met a flood.
(met a flood? sounds weird. but heck.)
cause it was raining heavily the day before, and i guess the waters haven't gone away just yet.
anyway, i was reading a walk to remember at that time in the car, and looked up when the car slowed down.
we drove through the waters, and i remember thinking, WOW.
was that an amazing experience man.

that night we played mahjong.
'we' being me, my cousin, her mom, and my brother.
my brother didn't know how to play then, but we were short of a player so we just pulled him in.
taught him to play.
and it was great. simply great.
mahjong session had to end at 11pm
so after that we went up to our rooms.
showered, then to my brother's and shirleen's brother's room
we had a habit of going there every night.
just hung around doing stuff.
shirleen went back to our room at dunno what time
i went back at 2.30 am
shirleen was asleep when i got back.
(haha, got back. sounds like i went out drinking or something. but in fact or rooms are just about 10 steps away.)
watched tv then slept at 3.30 am

WESNESDAY:
we had a hard time waking up that morning
her mom and my mom came barging into our room and trying to get us to wake up
they switched on the light and left.
then came back again after awhile.
we were still not up.
(quite aceptable, seeing that t was only like 9 plus in the morning)
yelled at us to wake up. went out again
door opened again. this time the voices were male.
i heard something like 'still sleeping arh.'
then the lights were swiched off.
THEN our moms came back again.
swirched the lights back on.
and this carried on for some time.
lights on, lights off, lights on, light off.
while we both were in bed trying to squeeze in more sleep time.
in the end shirleen just got up and locked the door.
weird. we should have done that earlier.

bowling after they finally got us up.
shopping after that.
i got a diesel jacket (50% off, i'm not that rich) and a new pair of slippers.
since mine were breaking.
threw my old pair away the next day.

went around the shopping centre.
but i didn't get anything after that.
met back at the entrance at about 4pm i think.
the adults wanted to 'get familiar' with malacca
so they dropped us kids at malacca house
spents the next few hours playing mahjong with my brother and shirleen
three people mahjong. there is such a thing, we found out. lol.
played rouund after round.
then they came back.
went out for dinner. chicken rice balls.
hahahha!
came back, played mahjong again.
until 11pm.

and i can't be bothered to post what happened after that.
uhh.
next day we were leaving. so soon.

THURSDAY:
supposed to check out at 10am
left about 12 plus instead.
because the adults wanted to 'explore' somemore.
left us kids at home again
and we played mahjong again

not a bad thing.
i learnt how to play last year
and then, i was really lousy, i had to set my tiles grouped apart
most people knew when i would game just by looking at how i set my tiles.
and i always needed help, taking very long to decided which tile to throw out.
now what can i say?
i've imporved of course.
difficult not to, seeing as i've spent how many hours playing it in three short days ((:

oh, bla.
i suddenly don't feel like posting liao.
not about our last day there anyway.
i'm safe back home.

this cat behind the pillar suddenly jumped out
so i shrieked again
and the two men infront of me must have thought i was mad.

actually i dont really know if what i saw was my imagination
about that it had feelers

after it finished i went to wash my hamster's cage
then came out and watched more tv while drying it
dinner watching tv again
my dad was clearing up the stuff while i was still eating
then something came out of the plastic bag
so i jumped a little and AHHed.
cause i thought maybe it was a cockroach
but it turned out to be a cherry
spilt my food in the process
cleaned it up

when i was watching goong just now
it suddenly started to rain
and my mom yelled at everyone to clolse the windows

and i started staring at the rain
cause i remember when i was about p2
i used to watch hi-5
and i would go to my house windows
and start drawing christmas trees.
like, i would breathe onto the windows, and they were really cold ,
(raining, duh)
and i would think happily,
'oh, christmas coming soon! yay!'

man i miss that.

i stayed up to 3.30 yesterday
and woke up at 11.30 this morning
strangely, i wasnt tired.
but when i went to bed
i fell asleep in seconds
i wonder why?
