>:(
I didn't wake up when my alarm went off! Bah.
Ok, from the start.

Busy day yesterday.
After service, we went to Chua Chu Kang to send my cousin home.
Then we went to West Mall to get a new phone for my dad since his was conking out.
He got a touchscreen thingy.
I saw a Sony Ericsson that I kinda liked, but it's a cybershot and I don't have a need for a super good camera-phone.
Had lunch at West Mall, then my dad sent my mom and I down to Orchard to shop.

My feet hurt(s).
I was so pooped when I got home at 8.30, I went to take a shower and came out, used the laptop for 15 minutes, then settle down in front of the telly to watch the match.
Arrgh. I was supposed to have such a great night.
Three matches in a row!
If all had gone well, I would have gone to bed only at 4 in the morning.
But nooooo.
I was so tired I wasn't even concentrating that well during our game.
And when it ended, I set my alarm for 11.55 (25 mins nap, heh).

But the next thing I know, I jerk awake at 5am, check my phone, see Joan's message, and baaaaaaah.
Go out to check the score, and I was shocked ok.
3-0, at home!?
Damn it.

That blue shirt I saw must have been a bad sign >:(

Second week of after-Os is coming to a close.
Today really doesn't feel like a Friday huh?
I missed Survivor cause I forgot about it, but I'll catch the later telecast.

Well, I've been sick.
Not sick-sick, the one where you just lie in bed and want to throw up and sleep the whole day.
Sick, as in sore throat (but not anymore!), disgusting nose, and cough and hack and cough somemore until my stomach hurts.
Dang, and I thought I was a healthy person.
The last time I missed a day of school was back in Sec One, I think.

And the chips and satay and grass jelly and fried stuff aren't helping, but whatever.

I think I've watched more movies this month than I have the entire year.
Harry Potter marathon at Wang Yee's for two days.
I've decided that my favourite (even though I think all kinda suck) is the second one.
I love teenage Voldemort.
The actor is amazing.
My favourite scene is the one near the end when he scratches out TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE with Harry's wand in midair, then waves it and it rearranges it to form I AM LORD VOLDEMORT.
And my favourite line is when he snarls, "Dumbledore has been driven out of the castle by the mere memory of me."
Plus Ron is so adorable in the first two movies.

Also I've been looking at our old Facebook photos.
And from them, I've come up with my new resolution: Don't smile with teeth.
Hee.

Oh on Monday I had a dream that I was taking our English paper again.
And I didn't finish it. Again.
It was weird, cause it was during prom (in the dream).
And all of you were getting ready at Queenstown library.
I was there too, but since I wasn't going for prom, I was there to borrow books.
I remember finding an Enid Blyton and a Tintin and an Asterix shelf.
Then I went off to take my paper, but didn't finish it cause I got distracted.

So there you go.
This doesn't bode well for my English paper, since I really didn't finish it in real life.

Ok I should go shower now if I want to catch Survivor later.

*cries*
I don't believe it.
I can't believe it.

My first thought when I awoke was, DID WE QUALIFY!?!?!?!?
Rushed out to switch on the tv, but there's something wrong with it and I can't turn to Eurosport news.
So I settle for Channel News Asia and have to wait an insanely long time for the short news updates scrolling through at the bottom.
And then I see that we're knocked out despite winning.
*cries more*

I always thought that it would have worked out somehow.

Poor Wigan.
I watch the first ten minutes, and Crouch puts one in.
Go off to shower, come back, and bam! It's 5-1.
I was like, whut!?
Watch them score three more (two from Defoe, damn it!), then decide to go off to bed slightly before 90 minutes.
And when I wake up, I read that it ended 9-1.

Arrgh. This is not good for Nando's (:D) top goalscorer prospects.

Ok, so moving on.
My cousin is staying over at my house for a week, because his brother is at camp.
):
Do you know how I woke up today?
At 7.30 (I know cause I checked my phone) I wake up cause I hear someone talking at the top of their lungs.
Would have gone to close my bedroom door, but I was too tired to get up.
So I go back to sleep, and around 9.30 I sense someone lurking underneath my bed.
Shaking it slightly, or something.
Gah.
Why can't he be just a little less annoying?

Oh, and I'm sick.
Kinda.
Sore throat, weird nose.
But it's better today.

9:00 PM
Yaaaaaaaay :D
Jaclyn better be proud of me.
I changed the skin, instead of just letting it rot.
And in just two hours. Hee.

So anyway.
Prom's over.
o.O
Bokteng + Joan + Me = The rebels who ponned prom
But we had tons of fun.
They came over at 8 to watch movies, then we went to Macs for lunch.
And of course, it rains everytime they're here, so we were stuck at Beauty World waiting for a cab.
Oh, and it flooded. Wowwee.
The taxi driver drove us the longer way home, and we avoided the flood.
Headed down to Jaclyn's around 5, to be extra and watch them get ready.
Oh our pretty girls :D
I felt so happy for them.
Bokteng is a lousy manicurist.

Jaclyn's mom sent them to the hotel, and the three of us took a bus.
Crashed Orchard Hotel, saw many people, took some photos, then went off.
-sniggers-
We weren't THAT loserish ok.
At least we had three people in our group.
Went to Cineleisure to watch My Girlfriend Is An Agent.
And we ate at Burger King. After having Macs for lunch. Mmm yeah. Good thing we didn't have any prom dresses to fit into.
Oh gosh, left my wallet at the theatre, rushed back to get it back.
(Thanks nice cinema guy!)

We should do it again.

Sleepover at Jaclyn's, then Sakae again today at West Mall.
(Hee so how long did you all take to get back?)

It's been a long first week of holiday.

17 November 2009, Tuesday

No one is online.
Why is no one online? >:(

Watched Friends the whole morning and afternoon, got off around 2.30 to take a break (and not kill my eyes), packed my room a little.
Cleared my cupboard.
Guess what I found?
Random old angbows.
I am now 88 bucks richer.
Heh yeah, gave me a pleasant surprise when I counted it too.

Ok so yeah, someone faster come online, I feel like I have to get out of the house tomorrow.
Feel guilty about not going Bugis today, sorry.

13 November 2009, Friday

(Or Friday the Thirteenth, as Bok Teng pointed out. And I sat at number 13 in the cinema. Go, me.)

THE OBLIGATORY CELEBRATORY PARAGRAPH
Yowza! Whoo hoo! IT'S OVERRRRRRRRRRRR!
And such.
Neh, it feels normal-ish.

Oh we're such a bunch of losers.
All the time in the world (kinda), and nothing to do.

Went to watch Coraline at Vivo.
Those 3-D glasses make my eyes hurt. Well not hurt, but you know. Tired.
It was scaryyyyyyyyyy.
And I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would, maybe because nearly half the time I was covering my eyes.
But I thought that there were little details that were stolen from other movies.
Tsk.
