27 April 2009, Monday
Eating Subway for dinner now :D
My mom bought it, since there's only two of us cause my dad's still working.
Yum. I'd eat Subway every day if I could.
Hee, saw Jaclyn this morning when we were driving in to school, so we stopped and picked her up.
And Jaclyn was saying how she was just thinking if anyone would be passing by, lol.
Hah, and I laughed so hard when she showed it to me.
Bit overdramatic much?
Two free periods today, cause MrL didn't come.
We were all trying not to get our hopes up when MrC told us.
Wasted our time away again as usual, as we didn't use it to study.
At least we had fun :D
...Massa?
HAHAHAHAHA :D
I just finished my sub ):

26 April 2009, Sunday
I wish I didn't fall asleep while doing my SS essay.
(I actually did SS homework for once! o.O)
Now I have only about an hour to use the laptop before I should go shower.
Cause Raceday starts at 7, Chequered Flag ends at 10.30, which is just in time for Harper's Island.
Green apple lakerol tomorrow?
:D
Ahhhh I hope we move back to our original sitting plan.
I don't want to be stuck in exam layout when we aren't even going to be taking our papers in the classroom anymore.
Yay, aircon! :D
Hey Joan, guess what?
It's less than a month until the AMND play!
Heh, and last time we were saying how we still have two months plus to go.
I have another story about Izzie (or Izzie Jr.) to tell you all! :D
It happened when I was peeing, creepy.

7:22 PM
23 April 2009, Thursday
I am massively annoyed that we are not taking our English paper in the hall tomorrow.
All of us assumed that it'd be in the hall, and then we find out that we're using our classrooms instead.
We need air-con.
It's been swelteringly hot these few days, as Jaclyn keeps moaning every two minutes.
Ugh. Can't wait for two weeks later.
My phone is finally back, after three weeks at the doctor's.
Strangely, I don't miss it.
I think I could probably survive without some high-tech phone.
I don't even use my phone much anyway.
Other than for checking the time and making some calls, I don't really use it.
I can go for days without messaging anyone.
Yeah I miss that pok phone they lent me. It was cute.
Who else heard the wind yesterday?
Creepy. I seriously thought that world was going to end.
On Earth Day.
It was so freaking strong, I had trouble closing the windows even.
And you can still hear it howling outside and the leaves hitting the windows.
Sounded like it was raining, but it wasn't.
Over at Bishan/Toa Payoh, Joan and Bokteng said they had lightning and rain D:
Physics is actually becoming interesting.

7:03 PM
22 April 2009, Tuesday
I'm always so thankful when our first lesson of Tuesdays is over, because no more of that lesson for another week! :D
It's not fun having it two days in a row, but at least we get it done and over with.
And yes, many people were so annoyed that our recess was pushed back even further because some people have no consideration.
I mean, come on, I thought we do CME in school? -.-
Or is that just for the students?
But lessons after recess are a breeze, cause it's only two more hours before we're dismissed.
Lit today was pretty fun; Miss Norainee has so much passion for her subject o.O
We analysed some poem really indepth-ly, while the Geog girls who were dismissed early waited outside our class.
Caught 852 back with Jaclyn, and on the way home Jaclyn decided she wanted to come my place to study cause she has no self-control and cannot resist her computer at home.
Did some work, then she left and I went to collect 8days.
(W)olverine is on the cover.
Hugh Jackman's arms are insanely muscular; they're almost as large as his face.
No kidding.
Joan: (trying to stop laughing) I'm just very sensitive to that word.
Joel: What word, ghee?
:D
Chinese Dance SYF today, yes I agree with Joan.
Jiayou!
And a few more weeks until Ariela is free as well :D

5:41 PM
19 April 2009, Sunday
I am beyond elated.
Guess who just won the Chinese Grand Prix??? :D :D :D
That totally made my day.
Yay Vettel!! :D
Germans are really good racers, heh.
But on the other hand, Ferrari is still point-less after three races.
Massa drove spectacularly today; he moved up 10 places, from 13th to 3rd.
And then what happens?
The car fails him, just stops suddenly.
My heart SANK. Honestly.
And I don't know what Kimi was doing either.
Poor Force India. Poor Sutil.
He was so close to a first Championship point ):
I was rooting for him, and then he spun off and crashed into a Shell sign.
Hahaha! Btw, two Shell signs were destroyed today.
Nelson Piquet crashed into one too o.O
Ahh, having to race in the rain sucks (unless you're Vettel).
Well, I watched The Sixth Sense last night.
Yay for twist endings.
And yay for Haley Joel Osment.
He was awesome in A.I. too.
Can't wait for Harper's Island tonight too, but I couldn't take it and went online to check, so I already know who've died in today's episode ):
It is so weird to be taking our English paper this Friday.
o.O
But I sort of can't wait for the exams to start; do you know how early we'll be dismissed?
Around 1plus every day I think :D

3:54 PM
18 April 2009, Saturday
Okay, Ferrari is nowhere near the front,
but VETTEL IS ON POLE!!! :D :D :D
Alonso is second, and Webber is third :D
Take that, Brawn.
Heh, it was an amazing qualifying session.
Vettel did only one lap in Q2, and he went straight to the top of the grid.
I was so worried when he didn't come out until right at the end.
On another note, I was heartbroken last night when Brendan was voted off.
But it was a hilarious episode, especially with Coach and his far-fetched tales.
o.O
Jeff Probst's blog is like dedicated to him, lol.
And when they were all talking about it during Tribal Council, I was laughing so hard.
I don't believe a word of his stories.
Today is such a hot day :/

9:17 PM
17 April 2009, Friday
I've survived a month of being sixteen. Yay.
Hey, do you think anyone will ever create a tempura crabstick cake?
HAHAHA :D
I hate the biometrics system.
Recently I've had trouble taking it, and the voice always scares me -.-
And you can see the mark left by many people's fingerprints lah.
I shall just start to key in my number now.
IFD celebrations were quite downscaled this year.
We just went back to class, discussed some stuff and did a poster.
Mostly we spent the time not helping, but talking among ourselves.
Coloured Huilin's elbows for her.
I hope they're normal-er now! :D
And we FINALLY remember what the old nanny's name in Huan Zhu Ge Ge was.
Rong Mo Mo!
Hahahaha. Ariela wants to watch HZGG, but only if Joan's video thingy still works.
Go check kay!
:D
And Jaclyn wants to have an X-men marathon, yay!
(Breakfast at Tiffany's and Gone with the Wind too okay!)
Wonder if Evangeline laughed at this week's chapter again?
Lol.
I am very excited that Joan has started playing KoL after a long hiatus :D
Thursday, April 16, 2009
11:30 PM
16 April 2009, Thursday
It was such a pleasant surprise this morning to realise that oh yeah!
There's a race this weekend to look forward to :D
Pity about the diffusers thing though.
I do not want Jenson Button to keep winning.
It was like we were on some stealth mission today.
Now we have something extra to worry about, even when we want to have fun :/
Ugh. I feel pissed that Adam Khoo is taking up my Survivor time.
Ariela and Huilin were so mean today ):
And my 8days didn't get lost in the mail, heh.
Wednesday, April 15, 2009
8:09 PM
15 April 2009, Wednesday
Someone wore a skirt too tight for her today 0.O
My eyes, they were burnt by the sight! D:
Finished most of Napfa today, only left IPUs, and shuttle run as well for the second half of the class.
Why do we pronounce Napfa as Nafa?
Is the P silent?
What does Napfa even stand for in the first place?
Or is it NAPFA?
Why am I asking so many questions?
No, I will not let you have the satisfaction.
Goodbye! :D
Two more days to the end of the week.
Isn't it shocking that Mid-Years start next Friday?
So fast.
Rah, not looking forward to next week too.
Chemistry SPA tomorrow D:
Just read the textbook and went through some worksheets, but I still don't feel prepared enough.
Ugh.
Tuesday, April 14, 2009
7:55 PM
14 April 2009, Tuesday
I've been writing the wrong dates these two days.
I thought yesterday was the 14th and today's the 15th o.O
Ahh, so the stains from Chemistry were really lethal!
Ariela was sick today and didn't come to school D:
We missed you Miss SmartyPants.
Haha I bet Huilin was lonely with only Josephine beside her... Hee lucky we're sitting behind her :D
Amath test yeserday sucked, SS test today sucked, and I know tomorrow's Physics test is going to suck.
I studied just now, and I think I'm okay with the basic calculations stuff, but I have no idea what a cathode ray whatever does D:
Have to ask someone tomorrow.
Actually I feel like studying some more.
Sunday, April 12, 2009
2:52 PM
12 April 2009, Sunday
Ariela, Joan, and I should form a we-have-some-weird-stains-from-Chemistry-and-we-think-we-are-going-to-die club.
Well, the small brown spot on my thumb peeled off today, like dried acrylic paint, but there's still this faint stain there.
I can't wait for tomorrow so I can see what stains the two of them have o.O
Happy Easter.
I enjoyed the service today, but everytime someone says her name I think of Lewis Hamilton, which is rather unfortunate.
And I don't like him, but I'm beginning to feel rather sorry for him, what with the whole lying fiasco.
I have Lakerol, we can survive the first two days of the week with it :D
This week is going to be fierce.
A test every day, and we end with the Adam Khoo booster session on Friday after school ):
This would be normal, but after two weeks of relative quietness, I've begun to relax.
We didn't even seem to have as much homework for the past two weeks.
Yesterday, my dad discovered the joy of watching shows online.
He found All In, this Korean gambling show that we watched before years ago, and is reshowing on cable.
But he doesn't let the video load first, and it keeps stopping at times, and he'll say in this very surprised voice, "It's stuck!"
It's pretty funny.
Thursday, April 09, 2009
7:48 PM
9 April 2009, Thursday
YAY start of a three day weekend.
I am looking forward to finally being able to wake up late.
:D
Ha, today was okay.
Lessons didn't seem as long as usual, and 2.30 seemed like an all right time to be dismissed.
Physics SPA, way better than the first.
When I first walked into the room and saw the set-up, I was thinking, OH SHIT...
But it turned out fine.
Finished it in half an hour, then I spent the rest of the time redrawing the lines for my table and making them straight :D
That was the best practical ever, surprisingly.
Sony Ericsson sent over an old phone for me to use while they still have my current one.
It's super old, and looks super obiang.
But it's kind of cute. Maybe I like obiang things o.O
Show it to you all on Monday if I still have it then.
Sheesh, I was just shooting daggers at this group of girls on the bus home.
I assume they're in JC1, but the way one girl was acting, you'd think she was a kid.
Actually, it was only her out of the group of four I really disliked.
Cause I was on a double-decker 174, I sat at the row of seats, not at a two-sitter, so she sat beside me, one of her friends sat opposite her, and two others sat on the other side of me.
(I was separating them, HA.)
Anyway, on the journey she took out her hairtie and let her hair down, then started combing it on the bus.
I HATE it when people comb their hair in public.
Retying it is okay, but do you know how vain you look combing it in public?
At least do it in a toilet -.-
She even took out a mirror to check her hair lah.
Vain pok.
She also took out her Nike bottle, the squirt one, wet her hands with it and ran her fingers through her hair, for WHAT!?
She accidentally sprayed some water at me, and she didn't apologize -.-
Rah. I hate it when people let their hair down in public when they're in school uniform.
I had a look at her when she alighted at KAP, she's not even that nice looking, try to be vain also no use -.-
Okay rushing off to Guess The Sketch now :D

7:32 PM
8 April 2009, Wednesday
Lousy 2.4 today, I think many people felt worse after the run than they did last week, which is weird.
Last week I started feeling woozy about the third/fourth round, but today I felt like throwing up at just the second round ):
But my muscles aren't aching at all.
No more running for the rest of the year!
Haha honestly, people just run once a year and don't exercise at all until 2.4 again the next year.
(Or at least, people like me.)
Atiqa is, in a word, amazing.
I think I would have just given up; curl up in a corner by the road and hope to die, if she hadn't been there to run beside me near the end.
And although I used to think that having friends cheer you on doesn't really help, I think I'd feel worse if there had really been no one there to support you.
You know, I even feel better when I come home after a bad day and look at the card you all gave me for my birthday, which is hanging on my wall in front of my laptop.
So yes, I love you clique! (And friends not in our clique.)
Chinese test right after 2.4, and everyone was begging her to postpone it to the afternoon, but we took the test anyway :/
I predict many failures.
My heart totally wasn't in it, just tikamed all the answers for all the multiple choice stuff.
But we fen gong he zuo-ed for Chinese after school, Ariela, Jaclyn, Joan and I spilt the work and each did one passage, then copied each other answers.
We didn't learn anything, but we had a lot of fun.
:D
It wasn't like we could complete the amount of work they gave us in an hour anyway.
I feel weirdly excited for tomorrow, even though we're dismissed at the usual time o.O
Tuesday, April 07, 2009
7:58 PM
7 April 2009, Tuesday
Everyone's hearts just broke this morning when they announced that there wouldn't be early dismissal for us, only for the lower sec.
And because I didn't hear her say only Sec Ones, Twos, and Threes, I was still happily asking Wang Yee what we would be missing.
But honestly I don't even think the teachers will be doing much teaching; half the class will be gone anyway.
Except maybe Chemistry, she's bringing us to the lab.
Pity those people who have to miss it.
I finally ate the Xmas Marshmallow Kebab I gave Joan and Jaclyn from Hong Kong.
It felt like I was eating away a part of my past o.O
I nibbled it really slowly, it was very sugary.
Sweet. Strawberries!
I wish I could buy over the world.
Monday, April 06, 2009
7:09 PM
6 April 2009, Monday
Today's lessons were a breeze, assembly ate quite a bit into Chinese.
Miss Koh spent the time we had left going through our work and stuff, I think she's really disappointed in us.
But honestly, I don't think my standard is befitting of a Sec Four.
I'm not saying it sucks, but we have to buck up like siao :/
Physics, went through our light practical, AHHH SPA ON THURSDAY.
The last assessment seemed so long ago.
At least this time we won't have to wear goggles... I hope.
SS, MrL was away on course, did some SBQs, then bridged.
Lit was awesome, some technical problems, Miss Norainee went away, asked us to do the crossword puzzle in our book, came back, one group did their presentation.
Yay there's still one more group left for the presentation :D
Field Trip for Geog next week, we're going out to Cold Storage.
But it's only our class, and Miss Ng says we might have lunch together at Macs ):
Noooo I don't want to eat lunch without the clique.
This would be so much more enjoyable if Joan was in my class.
At least I have Sonia and Jane.
Macs-ed, hoped that Jaclyn would still be at Mad Jacks, nope, went home in 157.
Some woman sat next to me in the bus, she kept falling asleep and drooping towards me.
I was very very thankful to alight.

7:47 PM
5 April 2009, Sunday
Someone who shares the same sentiments as me, finally.
God bless you!
(I feel weird everytime someone says that to me. Three times now.)
Okay not related.
I will not, will not will not will not jump onto the fawning-over-Brawn bandwagon.
I was neutral with them last week, and Ferarri messed up again this week, but I will stay loyal.
Sheesh you can really see how the positions have changed.
Ferarri and Mclaren are no where near the top.
Now it's all Brawn and Toyota and Williams and such.
Okay Red Bull isn't bad, honestly.
They're doing well enough and they're not part of the diffuser debacle.
So yes, Vettel will go far :D
-cue Huilin cheering-
:D
I fell on my butt in church today, quite embarrassing really.
But yes, I will laugh about it and not turn emo and fake-depressed.
Shall go and find the newspaper article and cut it out.
Saturday, April 04, 2009
8:19 PM
4 April 2009, Saturday
I just drew the teeniest graph ever for Emath homework.
Is it wrong? Is that why Joan didn't do that question?
Or maybe it isn't supposed to be drawn on graph paper, but on foolscap o.O
Flag Day today turned out fine.
I worked my ass off asking for donations.
Felt quite satisfied returning with a pretty heavy bag :D
And people are quite helpful lah, some donate quite a bit, but I don't want to talk about those that obviously shun me when I walk towards them.
Even the grumpy looking ones donate if you ask them nicely :D
Rah I missed half-price day D:
Okay off to play my stuff, shall squeeze in a few episodes of Chuck or The Simpsons if there's time :D
Friday, April 03, 2009
7:28 PM
3 April 2009, Friday
Today was relatively slack, yay.
Two periods Math, two periods Lit, two periods Math, then two periods English.
Mdm Yeo didn't come, so we had two hours free; Joan and I did homework, Geog girls studied for their test, then bridged for the second math lesson.
Poor Geog girls, 8 minutes less for their test.
Yes, Jaclyn was ranting on like mad about it when they came back, but Joan and I weren't really being sympathetic enough, sorry dear!
Cause we just had a crappy presentation for Lit, which I feel very guilty about because I didn't really help with the powerpoint.
English ate into Contact Time, but (because?) MrC didn't come anyway.
):
I don't like it this way.
Today Huilin kept blinking her eyelashes at people, so ticklish lol.
She has nice eyes, brown with long lashes.
Joan and Jaclyn have averagely long lashes, but Ariela and I have dramatically short lashes ):
Joan says they end very abruptly ):
Hamilton has been stripped of his third place title! :D
YAY qualifying is tomorrow.
Can't wait for Sunday :D
Doing Flag Day tomorrow, I wish they didn't change the meeting point from Novena to Ang Mo Kio.
It's so much more inconvenient :/
Still don't know how I'm going to get there.
Jaclyn and I were hoping we'd end on time today so we could rush home to catch Survivor at 2, but nope, that stress guy overshot his time, and we still had the Flag Day briefing.
Jaclyn still rushed off after we were dismissed, so Joan and I had lunch at Coro.
But no worries, we will pull Jaclyn over to the dark side again; three times this week we've been unhealthy, and she wasn't with us.
Heh heh, okay lah we really must find some healthy place.
The colour pages that I had been looking forward to were only two pages long ):
And I hate it when you like something and find out that other people (who aren't your friends) do/watch/read it too.
Curses, he better not kill him.
Thursday, April 02, 2009
7:55 PM
2 April 2009, Thursday
Everyone's legs are aching, we've just been waddling around all day.
It's pretty funny actually.
I need to hold the railings for balance when I walk down stairs.
Grah, I don't want to become old and have to always do that ):
I've been trying to find the picture of the Jie Da Huan Xi woman that Charli resembles; I've found a few shots on youtube, but they're not clear enough and you can't really see the smudged lipstick ):
I really want to show Jaclyn, then she'll understand why we find it so hilarious :D
I miss these old Hong Kong dramas.
They were so nice.
I remember being addicted to Huan Zhu Ge Ge and Zhen Qing when I was younger.
LOL remember when Joan thought that Huan Zhu Ge Ge was a guy?
HAHAHAHAHA :D
I wish they'd broadcast them again on Channel 8/Channel U.
Look, no one forced you to nag at me, so it's you, not me.
Really.
And there was nothing on the board when I went to check, so don't do that to us at the last minute.
You know, I'd like it if stepping down actually meant something.
Wednesday, April 01, 2009
9:38 PM
1 April 2009, Wednesday
HEY GUYS (gais)! I FOUND AN AWESOME BUBBLE TEA SHOP!
It's near Wang Yee's house, I tried the Orea Chocolate, yay she makes it nicely, not too unblended but not too blended.
:D
Okay, April Fool's Day.
Surprisely, our best prank was our first one, at the beginning of the day.
I think everyone just lost the mood after recess (or maybe slightly after that...)
Pity, I think MissL would be fun.
2.4 trial this morning, heh I wasn't prepared for it.
I thought she would train our five stations; apparently not.
Black face, super scary. But she was quite nice about it afterwards.
Ehhhh Joan and Jaclyn, don't walkkkkkk.
Then can hit 13 minutes!
Gooooooo I'll be cheering (breathlessly) from the back :D
Atiqa is a robot.
She just zooms right by, even with an injured knee.
Wowwwww :D
I am aching, thighs and abs and calves.
And I have backaches, as usual.
Old woman, no wonder I'm the mom ):
Joan and Wang Yee should get together sometimes, jabber on about America and Europe.
Joan is the Europe pro, Wang Yee is the America expert.
They've been to America so many times, they're almost bored.
If I get a chance to even get out of Asia (or somewhere further than
Thailand Hongkong), I'd be jumping for joy and getting stuck already.
The people called, I can't get my phone back for another week.
They've run out of motherboards (yay I learnt some geekish gadgety term :D).
Neh, I didn't hear my brother's phone when my parents called me seven times, so they waited about half an hour for me when they picked me up just now.
They had to call Jaclyn to get Wang Yee's number, lol.
Sorryyyyyy.
Yay, CME tomorrow! :D
