22 October 2009, Thurday
It's Thursday, which means tomorrow's Friday, which means there's three days left.
I feel like I have to go somewhere to laugh hysterically to myself like a madwoman and pretend that this isn't real.
Oh, well.
Neh, Jaclyn said that she cleared her desk recently, so just now I was inspired to do so as well.
It's not cleared yet, but it looks waaaaaay better.
Plus I made a recycling pile! :D
Currently it's about 0.3 cm thick, but I can't wait till the day each paper (or subject) is over, and I can throw away whatever relating to it.
(I already have some English stuff there, but shhhhh.)
Yay. I'll go on some major cleaning spree during the hols.
Ok, I know we've been losing, but in a way I'm secretly thankful.
Selfish, yeah, but I'd rather start to support a team when it's losing than when it's winning.
Plus, all those fakers can get lost right about now.
I'm a horrible person ):

19 October 2009, Monday
Today I woke up and freaked out for a moment cause I thought it was the first day of Os and I was going to be late.
But we still have a week.
What a relief.I think I'm in denial.
One race left, but the championship's already been won >:(
I didn't want to believe it when he drove past the finishing line, and Massa was waving the chequered flag.
(Yay. It was nice to see Massa back in a Ferrari shirt again.)
Poor Webber, his second win of his career, but everyone's just focusing on someone else instead.
And Barrichello was so sweet, hugging Button and congratulating him.
So classy and gracious.
And bah, Hamilton. I can go back to disliking him again.
My parents are going to Taiwan during the second week of Os.
Unfairrrrrrrrrrr.
That was amazingly sweet.

11 October 2009, Sunday
This morning my dad mentioned something about how we're probably going to cancel our cable subsciption next year.
Bah.
Nothappynothappynothappy.
It'll be super weird without cable.
We've had it for as long as I can remember.
I can even remember when Cartoon Network used to be channel 17, not channel 35.
Now tell me, who remembers that too? Huh? Huh?
I used to have trouble when I went to other people's houses and I wanted to watch tv.
Cause when you don't have cable, Channel 5 is channel 5 and Channel 8 is channel 8.
My Channel 5 is 2, and Channel 8 is 3.
Ok whatever, I'm sick of the numbers.
So next year, I'll just have to
a) make new friends who have rich and who subscribe to Mio
or b) watch matches online
... None of which really appeals to me, but beggars can't be choosers I guess.

9 October 2009, Friday
Boo ya.
Last day of school today, kinda.
I mean yeah, it is.
But we'll still be coming back for consultations (so weird. never thought I'd do that), and extra lesson (bah!), and of course, our papers.
And it still hasn't sunk in that we won't be back next year to study, if you know what I mean.
It just feels like it's the last day of school for the year, not for secondary school life.
Anyway, today was lovely.
Presents from teachers <3
I really do appreciate them.
The whole graduation thing felt so... surreal.
It was our graduation! Gosh.
Can you believe it?
We cleared out our classroom, although the cupboard still has stuff.
It looks so empty now ):
No cow, no world map, no MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU.
Just blank white (alright, grey) walls, which I'm not used to.
Ahhhh.
After dismissal, we went to the pizza place to celebrate Joan's and Bokteng's birthday.
(Bok, you'll be 16 in 50 minutes! :D)
Ordered three pizzas (including one weird seafood one), and a plate of calamari.
Mmm :D
We ate super messily, but don't worry, we cleared up.
Went home, had nice long shower, came out to watch 10 minutes of the interview, then Survivor!
Not happy with the decision today, bah!
Then my mom came home and she made salmon for dinner since my dad isn't home.
I should go wrap a present soon.

4 October 2009, Sunday
I'm all set for tonight.
Today we had communion, and I told myself that if I could keep my bread until the end of service, we'd win tonight.
Sick, disgusting, gross, yes.
But I did it!
Tucked it in the left corner of my cheek.
9.13-10.37.
And Joan, I wore red earrings!
Vettel won today :D
I wish he'd shave.
What it is with these guys?
They look nice clean-shaven, but they have to go and leave this stubble on.
:/
Reduced To Clear is one of the best things in the world.
We ended up in Tanglin Mall after dinner yesterday, and I had a nice time filling my basket with RTC items.
Oh and I saw three(!) snails. In like the span of 10 metres.
o.O

2 October 2009, Friday
I'm so pissed about the Singtel thing.
What the heck!?
No BPL and no F1 from next year.
Ugh! Sod off! (HAHA)
My family's had Starhub since I was... three/four.
(It was known as SCV back then, remember? Heh.)
Mumblemumble goawaysingtel.
I really jinxed it, didn't I?
So much for that good feeling I had about Lit.
Failed by two marks, but they're going to moderate so I'm going to pass.
Huh, it's always like this.
The essay I thought I wrote well, she gave me 9.
The one I bumbled through, she gave me 14.
14 + 9 = 23 = fail
Miss Lee is the most amazing teacher, huh?
I was so touched when we got back our papers yesterday.
She wrote notes beside our marks for everyone of us.
I had a look, Joan's was super long, Jaclyn's was quite long, and mine was quite short, so I think she got tired, but still!
I mean it just shows, doesn't it? <3
Time for libary rant.
As usual, we went to the library to study after dismissal.
Today was by far the worst day there.
It was just noise, noise, and more noise.
You go SHHHHH loudly, and they're silent for like two seconds before it starts again.
Total disrespect, I tell you.
And the day before yesterday, Ariela, HL, Jaclyn, Joan, and I were in the library.
These girls in the table behind ours were being super noisy, so we made shushing noises many times, and when they left, they knocked into Jaclyn's table on purpose.
Of course, they tried to make it look like an accident, but whatever.
And how old were they, Sec One, Sec Two?
I feel like slapping these people.
Don't they have any manners, huh!?
Back in Sec One, we didn't even dare to look at our seniors when we walked by them.
Now they're not even embarrassed when they're making a scene in public.
What the heck are they even doing in the library anyway?
Cause they're obviously not there to study.
And I hate it when they feel the need to drag their feet when they're walking.
What so difficult about just lifting your feet off the ground, eh?
Or getting out of your chair without making that annoying scraping sound?
They should be banned from the library.
Freaking people.
